  1. WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE CUSTAROONS  /  POPPERS?


    2. ROOM-TEMPERATURE - (25 degrees Celsius or cooler - preferably an air-conditioned room) - 3 to 5 days
    REFRIGERATOR - 2 to 3 weeks (best is to put them in an airtight container first to keep them from absorbing the smell of your fridge)
    FREEZER - 6 months (best is to put them in an airtight container first to keep them from absorbing the smell of your freezer)

  2. HOW DO I PLACE SPECIAL OR BULK ORDERS?

    4. Please give us 24 hours advance notice for anything over 5 boxes.

  4. DO YOU DELIVER?

    5. We normally require a minimum order of Php 3,000.00 for deliveries within Metro Manila. For further inquiries, please contact us at the numbers mentioned above.

  5. WHY DOES THE PAPER CUP SOMETIMES STICK TO THE CUSTAROON?

    6. This happens when you put the Custaroon in the fridge or freezer. All you have to do is to leave the Custaroon in room-temperature to thaw for about 5-10 minutes.

  6. CAN I BRING CUSTAROON  /  POPPERS ABROAD?

    7. Most of our customers secure the boxes in sturdy containers for the trip. As soon as you get to your destination, we suggest you put them in the fridge or freezer for a few hours before serving.

  7. CAN CUSTAROONS  /  POPPERS BE SHIPPED?

    8. Yes we can but the couriers will not guarantee the products against damage or spoilage so unfortunately, shipping is at your own risk.

  8. WILL THE CUSTAROONS  /  POPPERS MELT IN HOT WEATHER?

    9. Custaroons will not melt in hot weather. Custaroon poppers will not melt either but the chocolate coating tends to moisten. We include an extra pack of powder in the box for re-dusting.

  9. WHAT ARE THE SIZES OF YOUR CUSTAROONS?


    10. Mini Custaroons - 3/4 oz (approximately 1" in diameter)

  10. HOW DO I SERVE CUSTAROONS  /  CUSTAROON POPPERS?

    11. Custaroons and poppers are BEST eaten chilled.
