ROOM-TEMPERATURE - (25 degrees Celsius or cooler - preferably an air-conditioned room) - 3 to 5 days
REFRIGERATOR - 2 to 3 weeks (best is to put them in an airtight container first to keep them from absorbing the smell of your fridge)
FREEZER - 6 months (best is to put them in an airtight container first to keep them from absorbing the smell of your freezer)
REFRIGERATOR - 1 to 2 weeks (best is to put them in an airtight container first to keep them from absorbing the smell of your fridge)

This happens when you put the Custaroon in the fridge or freezer. All you have to do is to leave the Custaroon in room-temperature to thaw for about 5-10 minutes.
Most of our customers secure the boxes in sturdy containers for the trip. As soon as you get to your destination, we suggest you put them in the fridge or freezer for a few hours before serving.
Yes we can but the couriers will not guarantee the products against damage or spoilage so unfortunately, shipping is at your own risk.
Custaroons will not melt in hot weather. Custaroon poppers will not melt either but the chocolate coating tends to moisten. We include an extra pack of powder in the box for re-dusting.
